Group Room Block Request for the AHCA/NCAL
70th Convention & Exposition
Complete and submit this form if you need to block 10 or more rooms. Requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are based on hotel availability.
If you had a group block at past AHCA/NCAL meetings, your history of rooms reserved versus rooms utilized will be reviewed. AHCA/NCAL Housing reserves the right to make adjustments to your block based on past history.
A maximum of 10 rooms on peak can be blocked at The Hyatt Regency Orlando.
All online reservation requests require a credit card to be confirmed on your initial group room request, but credit cards will not be accepted as a form of group room deposit payment; only deposit checks will be accepted. An invoice will be forwarded to you for the required room block deposit with your group room confirmation. The required room deposit check payment is due by Wednesday, June 26, 2019.
Once you receive the housing agreement confirming your block, please return a signed copy. The welcome letter will then be emailed with the user name and password to manage your room block online.
All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through AHCA Housing.
Wednesday, June 26, 2019 – Rooming lists with complete names are due. Please submit your rooming list as an attachment by sending us a message. Any unused rooms, where name have not been provided by this date, will be released.
Friday, July 19, 2019 – Pick-up report will be emailed to the designated group coordinator detailing the block the Exhibitor/Group is liable for. (See group Attrition policy below)
